    5 x Inchworms
    20 x Glute Bridges

    EMOM x 10 MINUTES
    MIN 1 – 3 Deadlift (Your Choice, Heavy)
    MIN 2 – 6 Seated DB Arnold Press (Your Choice, Moderate)*

    *Seated DB press can be done from a bench or box.

    Workout

    In 10min Time Limit do as many rounds as follows:

    1 Deadlift

    1 Wallball

    1 Burpee

    Add (+1 ) one rep to each exercise each round.
