10 Hamstring Squats
10 Glute Bridge Walkouts
10 Lateral Lunges each side
30sec star Side Plank
TGU Practice 5min

4 TGU 2 Left/2 right
Single Arm Dumbbell or KB Bench Press x 6-10 reps Neutral Grip (Palms facing inward)
Pull ups x 6-12 strict / Plank Rows for those without pull ups
Deadlifts x 6 Reps
Slam Balls x 15
45 sec Forearm Plank
3x max dips on bars/Boxes . rest as needed.
