Training for Friday
Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic
Every 2 Minutes until you cannot complete your given work or you have completed 10 Rounds (20 Minutes) perform:
3 x DxKB Strict Presses or Defict Strict HSPUs
1 x Deadlift
*Every new round add 1 deadlift, so 1 the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third, etc. You will end at 10 reps if you complete all 10 rounds.
*Deadlift weight is open but will cap at 155KG/110KG even if you are very confident with a load higher than this.
Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
