Tempo Bench Press
*Rest 90-120 seconds between efforts
*And YES, this is a 15 second Rep, you must hold the weight for 3 seconds after you lock the rep out
*Hold in an active position in the bottom of your Squat for 3-5 seconds
*Rest 60-90 seconds between sets
*Do not wear a belt for these efforts, these are meant for position and tension in the bottom of your squat more so than weight, so be sure to focus on this in your lifting today
