90/90 @ 10 reps each position.
4 rounds Banded Snatch complex and then with Barbell:
Complex: High Hang, Mid-thigh, @Knee and below the knee.
Barbell complex: High Hang x 2 + @ Knee x 1
2km Ski-erg Team Sprint
Each member does 15 Pulls/Strokes + 10 Wallballs. Skier doesn't stop.
