Warm-up: Joint Mobility/Dynamic


Strength/Athletics:
3 Rounds of the following
1-3 Weighted Chins: Not exceeding 70% of your 1rm
Max Unweighted Chin Hold (Not to exceed 30 seconds)
10 x Power Swing
3 x Knee Jump
*Come off the bar and remove your weight before you begin your unweighted hold, this is meant as a short break so be sure to actually come off the bar to give yourself a moment to regather yourself
*Move with a purpose station to station in these efforts today


Conditioning:
7 Rounds
14 Double Unders or Athletic Jumps
7 Ring Dips
7 Deadlifts 60/40 Kg.
Cool Down: 3-5 Minutes of light monostructural work (row,jog,bike,skip rope,etc)
